Is there really a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day trial that unlocks every feature (the full Advanced experience) for up to 10 users, so you can import a job and see live costing before you pick a plan.
How is a "user" counted?
A seat is anyone with a login. Office staff and field crew who sign in each take a seat; Core includes 5, Advanced 25, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Do I need QuickBooks?
No. QuickBooks Online sync is an Advanced-plan feature and entirely optional — JobGantry runs your costing and billing on its own. When you connect QBO, posted bills and sent invoices sync without double entry.
Can I restrict who sees money?
Yes. Role-based permissions and per-tab access let you keep receiving/AP and financials limited to the right staff.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade as your team and module needs change.
